A 2-stall restroom trailer needs a level pad, a 20-amp outlet and a garden hose.
Can your truck reach a porta potty spot up a long Landrum farm driveway?
Our truck can reach most Landrum farm spots on a firm gravel or dirt drive. The unit must sit on level ground within about 30 feet of where the truck stops. Steep grades, soft pasture and low branches are the 3 things most likely to stop a delivery.
Landrum land runs from town lots to hilly acreage near Glassy Mountain. Before delivery day, walk the route the truck will drive.
- Gates: leave them open or share the code in the order notes.
- Branches: trim anything lower than the top of a box truck.
- Pasture after rain: pick a spot on the drive or a gravel pad, not wet grass.
- Map pin: send one if the farm has a shared or unmarked driveway.
If the driver cannot reach a safe spot, the unit goes to the closest level place on the drive. See every step from booking to pickup on our how porta potty rental works page.
Does a Landrum barn wedding need a restroom trailer or deluxe porta potties?
A Landrum barn wedding of 150 guests fits one 2-stall restroom trailer if the barn has a 110-volt, 20-amp outlet and a garden hose nearby. Without power and water, choose deluxe flushing units, which need no hookups. Trailers need advance notice and are not part of same-day delivery.
| Option | Needs on site | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| 2-stall restroom trailer (about 12 x 8.5 ft) | Level pad, 110V 20A outlet, garden hose | About 150 guests |
| 3-stall restroom trailer | Level pad, 110V 20A outlet, garden hose | About 250 guests |
| Deluxe flushing unit | Level ground only, about 20 gal fresh water on board | Barns with no power or water |
| Standard units + hand wash stations | Level ground only | Casual farm parties |
A trailer also needs a level spot the truck can back into, so check the lane to the barn for tight turns. Deluxe units need no hookups, so they can sit anywhere the truck can reach on level ground.

Can you supply porta potties for Hogback Mountain Day or the Landrum Farmers Market?
Hogback Mountain Day is a City of Landrum event held in September, and the 2025 date was September 13. The Landrum Farmers Market at 221 E. Rutherford St hosts Music at the Market at the Cunningham Market Pavilion. The city sets restroom plans, so groups should ask the city first.
Check the Hogback Mountain Day event page and the Landrum Farmers Market page for current dates and contacts. Once the city okays extra units, these numbers help you plan:
- 4-hour market or show: 1 standard unit per 50 visitors, by our planning method.
- Public crowd: at least 1 wheelchair-accessible unit.
- Food served: 1 hand wash station for every 2 to 3 toilets.
Saturday events get a Friday drop and a Monday pickup at the one-day price. Ask for Saturday pickup if the space must be cleared, and dispatch will confirm when routes allow.

Porta potty questions from Landrum renters
Our Landrum farm has a locked gate. Do you need it open?
The driver needs a way through the gate on delivery day. Leave the gate open, or put the code in your order notes. Note any second gate, cattle guard or narrow bridge so the driver can plan the route before heading out.
How much is a restroom trailer for a Landrum wedding?
A 2-stall restroom trailer starts at $1,200 per event, plus SC sales tax. That size serves about 150 guests. The trailer needs a standard 110-volt, 20-amp outlet and a garden hose within reach. Book early, since trailers are not available same-day.
Can you put it at the top of a hill on our Landrum property?
A hilltop spot works when the truck can drive up and park within about 30 feet of the unit. The ground must be level and firm. On a steep or soft hill, place the unit at the bottom near the drive and keep a clear path for guests.
We're hosting family at our place near Glassy Mountain. Is a deluxe flushing unit worth it?
A deluxe flushing unit has a foot-pump flush, an inside sink and about 20 gallons of fresh water. The unit needs no hookups, so it works where there is no outlet. For a weekend of family guests, a deluxe unit feels closer to a home bathroom than a standard one.
