Standard unit sizes are approximate and vary a little by manufacturer. Tell dispatch your gate width and we confirm the fit before the truck leaves.
Will it fit through my gate? At about 44 inches wide, a standard unit needs a gate at least 4 feet wide so the crew can roll it through on a dolly.
When is a standard porta potty the right choice?
A standard porta potty is the right choice for job sites, cookouts, yard work, remodels and any event where guests stay a few hours. A standard unit is the wrong choice for a formal wedding, or for a guest who uses a wheelchair. Those events need a flushing unit, a trailer or an accessible unit.

Standard porta potty rental questions
Does a standard unit come with hand sanitizer?
Event units come with a hand sanitizer dispenser mounted inside. Job site units get sanitizer on request, refilled at each weekly service.
Is a standard porta potty on wheels?
A standard unit has no wheels. The crew moves it with a hand truck. Please do not drag or tip the unit, since the tank holds liquid.
Can a standard unit be locked?
Standard units have an inside latch with an occupied sign. A hasp for a padlock can be added for job sites that need to lock the unit overnight.
What color are the standard units?
Most standard units in our fleet are blue or gray. Pink units are available for events on request.
Will it tip over in a storm?
A unit set on level ground rarely tips. In storm season, the crew can stake or strap units on open job sites. Tell dispatch if your site is exposed.
