Can you supply porta potties for the Chesnee Labor Day Festival?
The City of Chesnee Labor Day Festival held its 3rd annual event in 2025 at 220 W. Cherokee St. The city plans the main restrooms. Vendors, churches and families hosting nearby gatherings can add their own units once the spot is approved, with a Friday drop that covers the holiday weekend.
Holiday weekends fill fast, so book units as soon as your plans are set. Read the festival announcement for this year's details, then size your units.
Worked example: a vendor area expecting 300 visitors over 4 hours needs 6 standard units, because 300 รท 50 = 6. Add 1 wheelchair-accessible unit for a public crowd. With food sold nearby, add 3 hand wash stations for the 7 toilets.
Ask dispatch to confirm the pickup day when you book, since Labor Day itself falls on a Monday. Our event porta potty rental page explains how weekend drops and pickups work.

Porta potty questions from Chesnee renters
Our church event in Chesnee is on a Sunday. Can you deliver that morning?
Sunday deliveries are not on the schedule. Units for a Sunday event go out on Friday or Saturday and are picked up Monday. The price is the same as a one-day event, so an early drop costs nothing extra.
We're tax-exempt. How does a Chesnee church get the sales tax taken off?
Send your tax-exempt certificate by email or text when you book. We remove the SC sales tax from the itemized invoice. The card is still charged at booking, with no deposit, so keep the certificate handy when you call.
How much for a porta potty at a Labor Day cookout in Chesnee?
A standard event unit for the holiday weekend starts at $225, including delivery and pickup, plus SC sales tax. The unit drops before the weekend and comes back after. A wheelchair-accessible event unit starts at $305.
