How fast can a porta potty reach a Wellford address?
A porta potty can reach a Wellford address the same day when you call by 12 noon, Monday to Saturday, with delivery by 7 PM. Calls after noon go out on the first truck the next morning from 7 AM. There are no Sunday deliveries, so Saturday noon is the last same-day cutoff.
Same-day orders move fastest when you have the details ready before you call.

What should I tell dispatch about a delivery inside a Wellford subdivision?
Tell dispatch 3 things about a Wellford subdivision delivery: the gate code if there is one, the lot or house number, and the exact spot for the unit. Subdivisions like Brighton Valley and Morgan Bluff have tight cul-de-sacs, so the driver needs to know where to stop.
A few minutes on the phone saves a second trip. Here is what helps the driver most in a Wellford neighborhood:
- Gate access: share the code, or leave the gate open on delivery day.
- Street parking: note parked cars or work trucks that block the curb.
- Ground: the unit needs level, firm ground, not a soft lawn after rain.
- Truck reach: the service hose reaches about 30 feet from where the truck stops.
If your HOA limits what sits in a driveway, check before you book. Our porta potty placement checklist covers gates, slopes and wires in more detail.
Who approves a porta potty for an event in Wellford?
Wellford is an incorporated city of 3,293 people, so events on city property start with Wellford City Hall. Events on unincorporated land nearby may need a Spartanburg County Temporary Use Permit. A party on your own property mostly comes down to placing the unit on level, firm ground.
| Event location | Who to check with |
|---|---|
| City property inside Wellford | City of Wellford (MASC listing) |
| Fair, festival or concert outside city limits | Spartanburg County Temporary Use Permit |
| Next to a state road | SCDOT encroachment permit |
Public events should include at least 1 wheelchair-accessible unit. ADA standards call for at least 5% of portable units in each cluster to be accessible. Read more on our wheelchair-accessible porta potty page.
We cannot give legal advice on permits, so confirm the rules with the office before you set a date.

Porta potty questions from Wellford renters
If I call at 2 PM, can you still get one to Wellford today?
Orders placed after 12 noon go out on the first truck the next morning, starting at 7 AM. Calling before noon is the surest way to get a same-day unit in Wellford. If tomorrow works, book now so your order is first on the route.
What does same-day delivery cost in Wellford?
The same-day rush fee starts at $75 and is quoted before you book. The fee is added to the rental price, such as a standard event unit from $225 or a job site unit from $199 per 28-day cycle. SC sales tax is added to the total.
Can you deliver inside a gated Wellford subdivision?
Gated neighborhoods are fine when we have the gate code or a contact who can open the gate. Add the code and lot number to your order notes. If the driver cannot get in, the delivery waits until access is sorted out.
Do I pay a deposit for a Wellford same-day order?
Same-day orders in Wellford need no deposit. The card is charged at booking, and you get an itemized invoice by email or text. Tax-exempt churches and nonprofits can send a certificate to have sales tax removed.
